At Forge Claw, we work with trusted freight and parcel carriers to deliver heavy machinery attachments safely and efficiently across the United States.
Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.
Order Processing

Once an order is placed, payment is authorized and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are considered processed once they are submitted to the manufacturer or scheduled with a carrier for shipment.

Because many of our products ship via freight, orders may process quickly and cannot always be canceled once processing begins.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Most Forge Claw products ship via freight carrier or ground shipping, depending on size and weight.

Estimated transit time after shipment is 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier availability, weather, or operational delays.

Forge Claw offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Freight Deliveries & Delivery Requirements

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside.

The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery and unloading at the delivery location.
Failure to accept delivery due to site inaccessibility, scheduling conflicts, or customer unavailability may result in additional fees.
Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you with updated information when available.
Orders cannot be canceled due to carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Cancellations & Shipping Cutoff

Orders may be canceled only before processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a shipment is refused after dispatch, it will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees (see Return & Refund Policy).
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost:

Notify sales@forgeclaw.com within 7 calendar days of delivery

Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping labels

Forge Claw will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable policies.
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality may not qualify for replacement or refund.
